Not too excited about this tea. Cons: First, I couldn't ask for less ice, that option did not exist. I got a roasted black tea latte. I felt that the milk overpowered the tea flavor, maybe it was too much milk. Pros: they add all nutrition info on the cup. It wasn't too sweet and the staff were friendly and fast. Would I try it again? Probably not.

One thing people must know about me is I absolutely HATE tea. I've tried it at countless places, accompanied by different meals, different flavors, hot and cold, but I just can't seem to find a liking for it. It's all just bitter grassy leaf water to me. But I came here with my dad because I know he loves tea and he wanted a matcha and I said oh well let me try it. He ended up getting a black teafresher and I got the peach one. Both were amazing! I'll definitely be coming back in the colder months to try out a hot tea. Also the girl at the counter was so sweet I wish I picked up her name.

I want to take a moment to thank the team at Chagee Culver City. Today, I accidentally placed my order through the app at the Century City Westfield location instead of this one. By the time I realized my mistake, the drink had already been prepared at the other store. When I came to pick up my order, the team here was incredibly kind and understanding. Even though it was my mistake, they went above and beyond and made me a new drink at no charge. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for their names, but this happened today and the crew working this afternoon were absolutely amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really made my day. I hope Chagee management sees this feedback and can recognize and thank the team for providing such outstanding customer service. Experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you again to the entire team!

Super highly recommend this place! The drinks are so delicious — especially the Boya Jasmine Tea. But what I really want to call out is the amazing team. I accidentally knocked over one of my drinks and was about to buy another one, but they immediately offered to remake it for free 🥹 I felt so bad because they had to clean up the mess, so I wanted to leave them some cash tips, but they politely refused since they don’t accept cash. And they ended up making two new drinks for me even though I only spilled one. They were genuinely so kind and sweet 🥹🥹🥹 They are literally angels. Highly recommend!
